Bi-metal bandsaw blades are manufactured from a prefabricated bi-metal steel strip. Specially backer material was designed for high perfomance applications. For those bandsaw blades choose three high perfomance high speed steels (HSS), for use ate the cutting edge (M2). Those (HSS) are electron beam welded to the backer material. |
The tooth area of the blade consists of a highly wearresistant HSS steel grade and spring-tempered balde body ensuring good blade tension. Along with a high cutting service life, blade will also meet high requirements in terms of workplace safety.
